We are currently away from 14th Feb 2020 until the 25th Feb 2020 and we will not be able to deliver items purchased in this time. You can still purchase items from the shop as normal, however we won't be able to ship the products until the 25th Feb 2020.
All orders will be sent by either Royal Mail or Parcel-force with price depending on size, value and weight of products. All items sent are fully insured to their value, tracking numbers will be sent out by e-mail upon confirmation of payment, however some international orders will only be able to track until the point of leaving the United Kingdom but all deliveries will require a signature upon receipt.
Please note* To calculate postage pricing for your item please add the item to your cart and then add your details/address to the billing information once you have done this the postage price will appear on the checkout page, this does not commit you to buying the item.
Please check with your countries relevant authorities in regards to import and duty costs that may occur and if what you are purchasing is legally allowed to be imported to your country, we will not be liable for these costs so please make sure you check before making an order in our shop.

Please note that delays with postage may occur during bank holidays, seasonal holidays such as Christmas also weather conditions may affect delivery times. We will not be responsible for any delays in postage during these periods or weather conditions.

Once we receive your returns request we will email you the return delivery address
You must contact us within 7 days of receipt of the item to claim a refund
After 7 days of receiving the item returns will not be accepted
All return postage costs are the buyers responsibility with no exceptions
If you wish to collect your item in person refunds thereafter will not be accepted under any circumstances
When returning an item it must be in the same condition as it was sent
If your item was delivered in a damaged state or you received an incorrect item then please email immediately and we will give you instructions on how to return the item and we will provide return postage costs.
